There is a simple logic behind this, all these are calculated based on the time you work for a day, ask a question to yourself how many hours am I working for a day, the most common answer you get is 8 Hrs and in a week 40 Hrs..
Here is a short story of my friend: I have asked the same question to my uncle, how many hours are you working for a day friend? My friend answered 200 Hrs! OMG!! everyone has a question in their mind now, how is that possible I asked, My friend said he is owning a sago pappad factory where around 20 people are working 20*10 Hrs = 200 Man hours, in a week 1000 Hrs...
