Ask - you will be given!!

We all know this, bible says.. Ask - you will be given, Knock - doors will be open. So when you really need something, never worry about what others think about your wishes, go ahead and do all attempts you can do to achieve that. Do not give up till you get what you supposed to get

A small story: There were three nigro's talking each other, suddenly a Angel appeared and asked them what are your wishes, the fist one said I want to become white.. A flash and he becomes white.. following the second guy was asked the same and another flash he becomes white.. At last the last guy's turn.. Angel stood at him and asked what is your wish, he has started laughing laughing laughing LOL.. Angel said hey buddy comon tell me what is your wish I have to leave.. Finally he opened his mouth and said I want that two become black again..

So never worry about the result or future impact of your tries... but do not fail to try, you may get it once for sure

Secrets of subconscious mind!

Before we get to know about the secrets of subconscious mind, we may want to know two major flavors of  human mind,

1) Conscious mind - Have knowledge, able to action, but no power/strength
2) Subconscious mind - Have lot of power/strength, able to instruct, but no knowledge no action

So inject maximum possible bunch of positive's and less negative's..

Do you think its difficult to digest/understand these facts, then go ahead and read the below examples and start realizing the facts.

A simple example from our day to day life: Changing gears while riding your bike, it is always a big problem for any learner in bike riding, you may think so many time and get confused with your gears like in which gear you are riding in currently... But magically moving forward once you get used to it, your subconscious mind will automatically change the gears before you pedal your break or if you slowdown your bike in turnings etc., This magical instructions are given by your subconscious mind and executed by your conscious mind.

Example for a pessimistic thinker: Apply the same above logic, and think when you are riding bike and talking over the mobile phone, though your subconscious mind instructs you may be breaking the traffic rules and about to meet a danger of accident, but though your conscious mind is not listening to it as it was over-locked with your phone call.. Now you may agree the flavors 1 & 2 mentioned above is true!

Somehow now we have got some idea and secrets of subconscious mind,

Shortly: Any repeated actions done by the conscious mind is been captured and stored in the subconscious mind, and after a certain period of time whatever is been repeatedly done, said, thought, heard, smell, felt, listened etc., will be stored in your subconscious mind and the same will be the behavior of any input you may have in the near future. So, we may not done before. Right from now whatever you do, hear, have, feel lets happen in a positive way so the  maximum number of positive you feed to your subconscious will result in the maximum results of your thinking and behavior will also be positive. On the whole subconscious will have most possible positive instructions to the conscious mind.

Enjoy learning and appreciate every good happening..

Do not hesitate to ask question?

We may loose so many comforts just because we hesitate to ask question.

Go one step ahead! Question everything even if you have 1% doubt!

Small story to explain why we should ask question: A man lost everything in his life except a complimentary cruse ticket to some x destination. That cruse is the most luxurious cruse in that city and it got anything and everything you may want it, Like others he has boarded the cruse and got in to his room and he come out of his room only once for a day to drink water and back to the pavilion his room as he thinks he did not has even a penny to spend there, likewise he has spent three nights and two days in his journey.. Here is the final day everyone started packing and moving out of the cruse while the Captain of the cruse is thanking everyone, and its  our guys turn the Captain stood at him and asking hey where where you all these days I didn't see you any time, haven't you had food or enjoyed the fun at the cruse?? Our guy was afraid and said the Captain sorry I didn't had even a penny to spend for food and enjoy the fun across cruse... OMG! didn't you know your complimentary ticket owns everything from breakfast, lunch, dinner to all the fun across the cruse?? Which is  printed on the back side of your ticket, Our guy didn't know how to react for this situation.. Oh thanks Captain he said and left the cruse

Do not never ever hesitate to ask questions at the right time and in the right place..

How to become a Crorepati..

There is a simple logic behind this, all these are calculated based on the time you work for a day, ask a question to yourself how many hours am I working for a day, the most common answer you get is 8 Hrs and in a week 40 Hrs..

Here is a short story of my friend: I have asked the same question to my uncle, how many hours are you working for a day friend? My friend answered 200 Hrs! OMG!! everyone has a question in their mind now, how is that possible I asked, My friend said he is owning a sago pappad factory where around 20 people are working 20*10 Hrs = 200 Man hours, in a week 1000 Hrs... So at the COB all the profit goes to my uncle's pocket and the reasonable amount is been given to the employees at the end of every week/month respectively.. The same happens in any business!

Few more real time examples: Reliance company owners per day Man hour is may go some 6 lakhs man hour that's why he is crorepati..

So the secret of becoming a crorepati is how many people is working for you?

What is the root cause of anger!?

I think I found a answer for this, don't never ever keep the emotions within you, be frank with others when you do not like something with someone tell him on the spot immediately, openly, honestly, holistically with sense of humor given that BTW the place, thing, situation matches.. By the way you can let others understand better about you and your expectations etc.,

Anger makes the human brain uneducated, though you may own extrodionary titles after your name!

Shortly, cultivate frankness 100% | Tolerance 90% | unpleasant nature 0%

My worst baggage lost experience

It was a lengthy journey in my past professional experience.. Yes when I am happened to travel to Israel. I started from Chennai Airport and the next transit was in Dubai international Airport where I am supposed to stay for 13 Hrs [Sabbaa] for the next flight, though the Dubai airport was very big I was not able to pass more than 6 Hrs even after roaming across the duty free for couple of time and spent some time in surfing the internet in Apple iMac enabled cafes, then slept for some time.. Finally the time has come to board the flight to Jordan where I was getting a confirmation that my check-in luggage has been transferred to the Jordan flight, then 3 Hrs in Jordan Airport, following that boarded to Amman flight, finally completing my journey and landing Israel in the Ben gurion international airport after 22 Hrs, where the check out was very easy than we thought, just we were allowed to enter the country by completing usual document verification, I was very happy entering in without knowing there was a surprise shock waiting for me in the baggage collection, then we moved towards the check-in baggage collection and waiting for grabbing our bags from the conveyor belt and my managers bag has come and not mine, we were waiting, waiting, waiting for long time to scan all the bags in our naked eye scanners and didn't find my luggage, then we went to the luggage office and inquired about my bag... And there is the surprise shock that my baggage was not transferred from Dubai, not sure how all the airport officials were confirming that my baggage has been transferred to all the flight transits.. Then OMG wat to do just gave out apartment address to the baggage office and asked then to deliver the bag.. However I was managed to get the same delivered next day!!

My first travel abroad experience(2007)..

Happenings @ Airport

Chennai Airport:

  • I have reached airport before two hours and had chat with my parents, relations, friends and colleagues over phone.
  • At 2.00 O’clock  they called air India passengers for boarding
  • Then I said bye bye to my kith and kin’s.

Security check:

§  I sent my check in baggage and hand luggage for scanning no comments passed.

Boarding:

§  They weigh my check in luggage it was exactly 26.4 Kg but no comments. Then I said byee to my check in luggage. The airport representative asked me to grab the tag for the hand luggage and immigration form, is not very tough to fill just details about me and my trip.

Immigration:

§  After filling the form I moved to immigration counter, tailing the queue. The immigration guy asked my Passport and Work permit originals for checking.

Questions asked during the immigration

  1. Your qualification - I said BCA
  2. Where you did - Bishop Heber College, Trichy
  3. What are you doing now – MSC CS final year.
  4. Where you doing – St’ Josephs College, Trichy
  5. Your designation – Test Analyst

    • Then waiting for the 3:30 flight but unluckily they called at 3 O’clock itself (I was keep on watching the visuals for the flight schedule) before entering in to the flight they asked my boarding pass and ticket.
    • I gone to my seat, flight started at morning 3:30 reached Mumbai airport around 6 AM.
    • I had a breakfast at 8 AM using my boarding pass no need to pay (Iyya jaali).
    • Simply watching TV and making calls for time pass. At 12 O’clock they called for A121 Air India London flight.
    • Security check (cleared!)
    • Before entering into the flight they asked boarding pass and flight tickets again. Gone to the seat (seat no was printed in the boarding pass). Flight was pleasant. But while landing my ears were popped up due to shiver cold (and vacuum at the flight) I felt uneasy. (Better use chewing gum or bubble gum if you have cold before landing, that is the best way to escape from ears popping)

London Heathrow Airport:

  • Reached London Heathrow Airport at 18:30 Plus hrs.
  • Separate queue for UK citizens and others.
  • Security check (cleared!)

Immigration:

  • They asked my passport and work permit

Many questions!!

  1. Reason for the visit? I said Training
  1. What training? For release training and process development and also for site to site co-ordination on EIS and ESB.
  1. Where you are going to work? At T-Mobile
  1. Your stay? Hatfield
  1. Ho long? Six months

Then they stamped my passport, Visa and work permit. (Said to myself Appa!)

Baggage collection: (My journey was almost over)

  • Before exit the airport you can find a conveyor belt where all passenger luggage’s would keep moving. I found my check in baggage was falling down from two feet height and coming towards me in the giant conveyor belt and grabbed it. Took one trolley for keeping my check in luggage, That’s all.
  • Then I ringed Steve (we call him Sivan) he came to airport and picked me up with him to the nest.

There was lot of suggestions and ideas shared among the Polestarian's in today's meeting , out of which there was an appreciable idea. It was donating a very little figure of Rs.2 from every month salary, this is called collective intelligence!!

Touching Leads to…

My first article:

Touching Leads to…

From Birth:

Fetus in the mother’s ovum always floating without touching her skin. At the beginning of the 10th month the baby start hitting the ovum’s inner layer of the skin. (Imagine that somebody is sitting inside your stomach and touching or hitting your inner part of the stomach it’s unimaginable for men). Ok, I don’t want to divert you form the topic. Welcome back to the touching world.

Even in your Brian:

Inside the Human Brian the neurons are not touching each other they are communicating through chemical reactions.

Touching would create big responsibilities:

First Touch - If you touch your mother’s ovum then you will catch a responsibility of growing in this world. Think back a moment rite from the beginning how many hurdles you would’ve faced to stand up and walk, how much pain you would’ve experienced to learn things, how many nights you would’ve spent for your exams and last but not the lease how many hours you waited for your lover [The last point may not be applicable if you aren't in love]

Second Touch – If you (he/she) touch your partner then you will have a wonderful responsibility of mother or father.

Final Touch – If you touch the age of second childishness then you have to bare & tolerate everything happen for you, around and across till you knock the doors of the heaven.

Fact: You can’t live in this world without touching anything.

In case if this article is strong for you or hurt you in anyway I excuse

Treat giving...

I still remember how my treat giving business is been cultivated, once upon a time. Year 2006 long long ago so long ago when I was doing my Masters degree, I got selected through campus and before completing my 3rd semester I undergone 10 days corporate training and worked in the company for some 20 days and my first salary check amount was INR 6666/-. Out of which I have spent 4K for treat giving business. Of-course there was a reason behind it, I was only one in my class got a first salary check so I cannot say No for my friends who are asking for the treat, from now on I have started giving treats and it still continuous...

Who inspired me!

I would've traveled online and come across lot of blogs, but right after joining Aspire Systems I am frequently landing some technical, personal or professional blogs like starting from Giri, Boo, John, Vasu, Kirti, Harsha asn so on.. Read it enjoyed it and forget it... I never thought of doing so.. But one day my team mate was just asking a question Karthik why cant you write a blog, I still remember it was Sadhana was the one inspired me to write a blog and here is the very second blog which I would like to dedicate to Sadhana..

One more kutty to call me mama..

Phone was ringing, I picked up it was my mom on the line and conveying message saying my sister Leema gave a birth to a Boy baby and Karthik you become a mama again.. Actually in Telugu [Tambi nuvu thippum mama aiye pothivera]
